Your treatment journey

• Step 1: Consultation – We assess your suitability with digital imaging, a 3D CBCT scan, and a full oral examination. This allows us to plan implant positions and confirm whether extractions or bone management are required. You’ll receive a fully costed treatment plan.
• Step 2: Implant placement – Under local anaesthetic — and optional IV sedation — four implants are placed at precise angles to maximise stability, even in areas with reduced bone.
• Step 3: Temporary bridge – In most cases, a fixed temporary bridge can be attached soon after surgery, so you leave with secure, functional teeth.
• Step 4: Healing – The implants integrate with your jawbone over 3–6 months. During this time, you’ll wear your temporary bridge comfortably.
• Step 5: Final bridge – We take digital impressions to craft your permanent, bespoke full-arch bridge. It will be strong, aesthetic, and made to complement your facial features and bite.
